This Cancel and Change Order Policy explains how order cancellations and modifications are handled for purchases made on grasstore.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours from the time the order is placed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include your order number.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations requested within the first 2 hours after placing the order are processed free of charge.

Cancellations requested after 2 hours but within 12 hours are subject to a 5% processing fee based on the total order value.

Approved refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Changes

Order changes, including updates to size, color, style, or shipping address, may be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

Change requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and are subject to review and approval.

Orders in Processing or Production

Once an order has entered processing or production, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

This includes, but is not limited to:
– Orders that have been sent to fulfillment partners
– Customized or made-to-order products
– Orders that have already been shipped
